Denise Swingle, RN OwnerHi! I have been a Registered Nurse for 17 years, practicing in home health for the last 12 years here in the Northern Colorado area. In 2001, Caring Hearts Home Health was founded by myself and another nurse who has since retired. Our name is who we are as a team, and I am proud to head up such a wonderful group of professionals who have chosen to commit themselves to keeping people safe at home. |

Sherri Shovlin, CFOI started working at Caring Hearts in Oct 2001, right after I got back from my honeymoon. My husband and I have two children, Katelyn 14 and Bode 3. I have over 14 years experience in medical billing, coding, and accounting. When I started with Caring Hearts 7 years ago we were in a basement office with 1 desk. I have enjoyed being part of the growth and change here at Caring Hearts and can't wait to see what is still to come. |

Glenn Ficek, PTI have been involved with home health physical therapy since 1980 in both clinical and management positions. My home health experience began in Portland, OR about the time Mount St. Helens erupted (May 1980). My family and I moved to Greeley in 1988. I came to Caring Hearts Home Health in July 2008.
The aspects of home health that I value are the freedom in scheduling according to clients' need, opportunity to help client's achieve realistic goals in their homes, and getting to know people on a personal level.
My wife, Jone, and I grew up in North Dakota. We have 6 children including 3 by adoption. My interests include gardening, golf, reading, and watercolor painting.

Monte Smith, PTI graduated in 1999 from Andrews University School of Physical Therapy located in Michigan with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Since then, I have worked in several different clinical settings including outpatient, acute care, skilled nursing facility, and have been with Caring Hearts for the past 5 years. I thoroughly enjoy working in the home health environment because it offers a more personal approach to therapy. I am able to see exactly what the patient's needs are and help develop a therapy program and strategies to assist in maintaining their function at home. |
